Unity of Naples welcomes all community members to our monthly Board Meeting, where we cover a range of topics including financial, ministry and board reports regarding ongoing activities. We invite members who wish to address the board regarding an agenda item to submit a request to the Board President 24 hours in advance of the meeting, or 2 weeks in advance to request adding an item to the agenda. RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH ATEEKA CONTEE

Join certified instructor Ateeka Contee every Friday as she guides you through a range of passive stretching techniques to relax the entire body. As the body relaxes, tension is released from the mind, which makes Restorative Yoga particularly beneficial for those suffering from stress. Bring a mat or cushion for comfort (not provided).
